Research Facilities

Shiraz Transplant Research Center mostly welcome to collaborate with all departments and research centers in the university and around the country.

DNA and serum samples bank of transplant patients

Amnion bank: cryo-preserved amnion membrane for usage as a biologic dressing

General equipments

Nanodrop: evaluation of DNA, RNA, and protein concentrations

Microplate spectrophotometer: for absorbance measurements 

Ph. Meter: evaluation of the liquid agents pH

Low- temperature freezers (-20 and -80 c): for the storage of materials and samples

Ice- maker: for producing ice

Electrospinning device: to create electrospun fibers in tissue engineering

Hot-plate: for heating samples in glass beakers, vials, bottles and other vessels

Sonicator: applying sound energy to agitate particles in a sample
